1. Package Scope & Inclusions
Every website development package provided by Tech Vimal Corporation includes only the features and services that are clearly mentioned in our official brochure, quotation, proposal, or written communication.
Any additional features or services requested beyond the agreed scope will be considered as separate add-ons, subject to technical feasibility and additional charges.
Clients are advised to carefully review the inclusions and exclusions before finalizing the package.
2. Add-On Features & Custom Development
Optional features that are not part of the standard packages are available on request, at additional cost. These include but are not limited to:
- Blog or News Sections
- Admin Panel or Content Management System (CMS)
- SEO Tools and Website Analytics
- Live Chat Integrations
- Payment Gateway Integration
- E-commerce Functionality
- Advanced Animations or Custom Graphics
3. Pricing Transparency
All prices are fixed and communicated to the client in writing before project initiation.
There are no hidden charges.
Additional features, extra revisions beyond the allowed limit, or new development requests will be billed separately after the client's written approval.
Clients are encouraged to obtain a detailed price breakdown for complete clarity.
4. Domain & Hosting Responsibility
The first year of website hosting is provided free of charge with applicable packages.
From the second year onwards, annual hosting renewal charges apply, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
The domain name purchase, renewal, and management are the sole responsibility of the client.
Tech Vimal may assist with domain-related processes upon request, subject to additional charges.
5. Timelines & Project Delivery
The estimated project delivery timeline is dependent on the following factors:
- Timely provision of complete content, images, approvals, and other required materials by the client
- Timely payment of invoices as per the agreed terms
6. Payment Terms & Conditions
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before the final handover or website go-live.
Once development work begins, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No part of the project, source code, or website will be transferred, handed over, or made live until full payment is received.
7. Design Revisions & Change Requests
Each package includes a clearly defined number of free design revisions.
Minor textual changes within the allowed revision limit are acceptable.
Any major design modifications, structural changes, or requests beyond the approved design prototype will be treated as paid add-on work, subject to feasibility.
Delayed or repeated change requests may affect the project timeline.
8. Content Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, logos, and other materials.
Tech Vimal is not responsible for the originality, accuracy, or legal validity of the provided content.
The client must ensure that all content is copyright-compliant and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
Tech Vimal disclaims any liability arising from copyright disputes or legal claims due to client-provided materials.
9. Support & Maintenance
Tech Vimal provides 15 days of free technical support post-project delivery, limited to minor bug fixes and technical assistance.
Extended support is available through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or Hourly Support Packages, at additional cost.
Support does not cover new feature development, major design changes, or third-party service issues unless agreed upon separately.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Tech Vimal treats all client data, project information, and materials as strictly confidential.
No information is shared with any third party without the client's written consent.
Necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to safeguard client data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
11. Project Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the client cancels the project after initiation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
In cases where Tech Vimal is unable to deliver the project due to internal constraints, a partial refund may be offered at the company's discretion.
Any third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, or paid plugins, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
